Why this page exists

Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people are told when they are dealing with an AI system, and that content generated by one is marked as such. Those obligations applied from 2 August 2026. This page is how we meet them, and it is written to be read rather than to satisfy a checkbox.

Where AI is used

Building websites. Our builder takes a description of your practice and generates a complete site — structure, layout and draft copy. Everything it produces is a starting point you then edit. It is generated, not written by a person, and you should read it before you publish it.

The in-platform guide. Members can ask an AI assistant questions about the material. It is an AI system, it is labelled as one, and it can be wrong.

Images and video. Some marketing visuals are generated or edited with AI tools. Where an image depicts something that did not happen, it is disclosed.

What we do not do

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects, within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. No AI decides whether you get access, what you pay, or whether you stay a member. Those are human decisions.

We do not use AI to infer sensitive characteristics about you, and we do not use emotion recognition or biometric categorisation.

What you should assume about the output

AI output can be confidently wrong. It can invent facts, misstate law, and produce copy that does not apply to your situation. Nothing generated by our tools is legal, financial, tax or medical advice, and none of it has been reviewed by a professional before it reaches you.

You remain responsible for what you publish. If a generated site makes a claim about your business, check that the claim is true before it goes live.

Who processes what

Generation runs on third-party model providers acting as our processors under Article 28 of the GDPR. The text you type into a builder prompt is sent to them in order to produce your result. Do not paste client records, health information, or anything else you would not want leaving your own systems into a prompt.

Human oversight

Every generated site is reviewed by you before it is published — nothing goes live on your domain without you pressing publish. Support answers that begin with an AI draft are checked by a person before they are sent.

Telling us it got something wrong

Write to john@yourlegacyco.com. If an AI feature has produced something inaccurate about you, you have the right to have it corrected under Article 16 of the GDPR, and we would rather know.
