When you request access to one of our public platform demonstrations, we collect your name and work email. You may also provide your business name and role. A phone number is collected only when you separately request a callback from a platform advisor.

• The demonstration brand may be fictional, but Your Legacy University is the organisation collecting and controlling the information
• We record the source of the request, date and time, campaign attribution, and the version of the terms and privacy notice acknowledged
• If you request a callback, we record the wording, version, date, and time of that permission
• No password is requested or stored for public demonstration access

A. App Subscription — Billed Through the App Store

The Your Legacy University mobile app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for $27.00 USD per month. Subscriptions initiated through the Google Play Store are billed directly by Google in accordance with Google Play's billing terms and conditions. Subscriptions through the Apple App Store are billed directly by Apple.

• We do not process app store subscription payments directly — all billing is managed by Google or Apple
• To manage, pause, or cancel your app subscription, you must do so through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings
• Refund requests for app store subscriptions are handled by Google or Apple, not by Your Legacy University
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled through the app store

• Access to all video course modules inside the YLU mobile app
• Community feed — posts, comments, and reactions
• Resource library — scripts, templates, and downloadable files
• AI Assistant — powered by the YLU coaching framework
• 1-on-1 booking access (links to a free strategy call — this call itself is free)

The app subscription does not include enrolment in any paid coaching programme, done-for-you services, or high-ticket mentorship engagement.

C. Coaching Programmes — Separate Professional Services (Not App Store Purchases)

Your Legacy University offers optional professional coaching programmes, group mentorship, and advisory services. These are real-world professional services that are entirely separate from your app subscription.

• Coaching is offered as an optional professional service — you are never required to purchase it
• Any coaching investment is discussed and agreed upon privately during a dedicated consultation call
• Coaching transactions are processed through our own payment systems, not through any app store
• Coaching agreements are separate legal contracts independent of your app subscription

Requested Callbacks

If you separately tick the callback option and provide a phone number, you give Your Legacy University permission to call you about whether the demonstrated platform may fit your business. The callback option is voluntary, is not required for demo access, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Marketing Communication

Where marketing consent is required, we will request it through a clear, separate affirmative choice. We will not treat acceptance of general terms, access to a demonstration, or silence as marketing consent.

Service Communication

We may still send communications necessary to respond to a request you initiated, provide an account or service, protect platform security, or meet legal obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

If you no longer wish to be contacted, you may:

• Unsubscribe from emails by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any email
• Reply 'STOP' to any SMS message to cease text communications

B. Advertising Platforms

When submitting a form through Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta platforms, you are also agreeing to their respective terms, privacy policy, and data sharing practices. BuildYourLegacy LLC is not affiliated with Facebook, Meta, Google, or any other advertising platform. Data submitted through Meta lead forms is used internally and never sold.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, valid legal processes (subpoenas, court orders), requests from law enforcement or government agencies, or to protect our legal rights, property, or safety.
