By accessing or using Your Legacy University's services, website, platform, AI voice agents, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Your Legacy University provides educational services, coaching, mentorship, and business development resources designed to help individuals create and launch online courses, digital programs, and automated business systems.
Our Services Include:
- Online training modules and educational content
- Group and individual coaching sessions

- Platform building and automation assistance
- Community access and networking opportunities
- Templates, scripts, and business resources
- AI-powered scheduling and support services
Public Platform Demonstrations
We may provide interactive demonstrations showing how a coaching or advisory platform can operate. Demonstration brands, people, conversations, results, programme content, and activity may be fictional and are presented for illustration only. Demo access does not create a client, coaching, employment, or advisory relationship.
- You must provide accurate contact information when requesting access
- You must not submit passwords, confidential client information, unlawful content, or another person's personal data
- A callback is optional and requires a separate affirmative choice
- We may restrict or withdraw demonstration access to protect security, availability, or intellectual property

- Any promotional or discounted pricing is valid only for the specified period
- Taxes and fees may apply based on your jurisdiction
- Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
Payment Terms & Financing
A. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method
- You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
B. Recurring Subscriptions
- Monthly memberships automatically renew on the same day each month
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of subscription periods
C. Financing Options
We offer financing options through third-party providers to make our services more accessible. Financing is subject to approval by third-party lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Financing terms are set by the lending institution. You remain responsible for the full program cost regardless of financing approval.

App Store Billing & Coaching Services — Important Distinction
A. Mobile App Subscription — $27/Month via App Store
The Your Legacy University mobile app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The subscription fee is $27.00 USD per month.
- App store subscriptions are billed directly by Google (Google Play) or Apple (App Store) — not by Your Legacy University
- By subscribing through the app store, you agree to that platform's billing terms and conditions in addition to these Terms
- To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings — not by contacting us
- Refund requests for app store subscriptions must be submitted to Google or Apple directly — we do not control app store refunds
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel through the app store
- We comply fully with Google Play and Apple App Store billing policies
B. What the $27/Month App Subscription Includes
- Full access to all video course modules within the YLU mobile app
- Community feed — create posts, comment, and react
- Resource library — scripts, templates, swipe files, and business documents
- AI Assistant — coaching guidance powered by the YLU framework
- Access to book a free 30-minute strategy call with John Tyler (the call itself is free)
The app subscription does not include enrolment in any paid 1-on-1 coaching programme, group mastermind, done-for-you service, or high-ticket advisory engagement.
C. Coaching Programmes — Independent Professional Services
Your Legacy University offers optional professional coaching programmes separate from the mobile app subscription. These are real-world professional services. They are not digital products and are not subject to app store billing rules.
- No coaching programme purchase is initiated or completed within the mobile app
- Coaching is always optional — you are never required to purchase it
- Any coaching investment is discussed and agreed upon privately via consultation
- Coaching fees are governed by a separate agreement signed outside any app store
- If someone contacts you about a coaching programme, that conversation happens outside the app via phone or email
D. The Legal Distinction in Plain Language
App Subscription · $27/month
A digital subscription to the YLU mobile app. Billed and managed entirely by Google Play or Apple. Cancel any time through your app store account. Google/Apple refund policies apply.
Coaching Programme · Separate Professional Service
An optional professional service purchased independently outside the app via private consultation. Governed by a separate coaching agreement. Not connected to the app store. Not subject to app store billing or refund policies.
E. Your Obligation to Read These Terms
By using the Your Legacy University mobile app or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you have read and understood this section, that you understand the difference between your app subscription and any coaching programme, and that you will not make any purchasing decision — for either product — without first reading the applicable terms, policies, and agreements in full.
AI Voice Agent Services
A. Nature of AI Interaction
- You understand you are communicating with an AI system, not a human representative
- AI responses are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- The AI is designed to assist but is not a substitute for human judgment or professional advice
- AI technology has inherent limitations and may not understand context appropriately
B. Data Collection by AI
- AI agents may collect personal information including name, email, and phone number
- Scheduling preferences and appointment details may be collected
- Optional financial pre-qualification information may be requested (you may decline)
- Conversations may be recorded, transcribed, and stored
- Data may be used to improve AI systems and service quality
C. Consent to AI Interaction
By using our website or interacting with our AI agents, you consent to receiving automated responses and communications, having your interactions recorded and analyzed, the use of your data for AI training and improvement, and being contacted by AI systems for scheduling and follow-up.
D. AI Disclaimers
- AI-generated content is provided 'as is' without warranties
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI information
- AI should not be relied upon for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice
- You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-generated information

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods with immediate access, all sales are final. Once content is accessed, refunds are not available. This is standard industry practice for digital information products.
C. CEO Inner Circle & High-Ticket Programs
- Custom refund terms as specified in your individual agreement
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to work completed and deliverables provided
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing
- Any approved refunds may be subject to processing fees
D. Refund Processing

Intellectual Property Rights
A. Our Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through Your Legacy University — including training videos, courses, templates, scripts, software, tools, trademarks, logos, and proprietary methodologies — are the exclusive property of BuildYourLegacy LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
B. Limited License
Upon enrollment and payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for your personal education and business development, and to implement learned strategies in your own business.
C. Prohibited Uses
Acceptable Use Policy
When using our platform and services, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with platform operations or security
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Termination
A. Termination by You
- You may cancel your membership at any time
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered
- Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your paid period
B. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, conduct harmful to other users or our business, fraudulent or illegal activity, failure to pay for services, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
C. Effects of Termination
- All licenses granted to you will terminate immediately
- You must cease all use of our materials
- We may delete your account and data
- Termination for cause does not entitle you to any refund
Limitation of Liability
A. Exclusion of Damages
BuildYourLegacy LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, coaches, affiliates, and partners shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, income, or business opportunities; loss of data, goodwill, or reputation; business interruption or economic loss; damages arising from reliance on information provided; or damages arising from AI system errors or failures.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuildYourLegacy LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, coaches, affiliates, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our services
- Your business activities and their outcomes
- Any claims by third parties related to your business
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
A. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
B. Mandatory Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Miami, Florida, before a single arbitrator, in English, and shall be binding and final.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and BuildYourLegacy LLC regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings between you and us, whether oral or written.
